Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) is a type of therapy that focuses on changing negative patterns of thinking and behaviour. At Macedon ranges therapy, we offer CBT as one of our main therapy approaches.
Jessica the founder of Macedon Ranges Therapy holds a degree in Psychology, qualification as an Equine Interaction Experience™ Practitioner, a diploma in psychology and certificate IV in youth work. Jessica is licensed to practice in Victoria by International Institute of Complementary Therapists. Jessica has worked in the field of therapy for three years.
We understand that life can get in the way of scheduled appointments. We ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Otherwise, you may be charged a cancellation fee.
